First of All JUSCo = TSUISL .The work culture is has lots of policies , all applicable to lower management staff..The senior management is enjoy all the benifits .and perks.Do not get confuse TSUISL=JUSCO WITH TATASTEEL also lot of sevier punishment in safety and Quality aspect. .Look for a other TATA Group company.

Manager to lower level officer their growth is not done by seniors management.Even MD is alloff and there is band system of promotion . where in 3 continues years one has to get ranking of very good and if any vacancies in above band , than only promotion.Staff in manager level gets stuck for 7 to 10 years or more .Promotion and bonus poilicies are not transparent..Senior level not intrested in growth of Manager level officers.Do not get confuse with TATASTEEL or TATA Culture. In name of Safety and Quality officers are punished for small mistakes and their appraisal are brought down.No mental peace even if you work hard ,the credit is taken by your seniors.Lot of politics , HR will try to trick you in CTC , were as in hand will be very less. It is like kingdom of SLT who have been transfersd from TSL..No promotion to outsider unless you have some jack in SLT... they need not promote their employees since they are getting senior leadership from Tata Steelc..this is just a slave subsidiary of Tata Steel....Nepotism, Casteism, lingual discrimination all such " ism" are prevelant here

Very Bad SLT .Promotion and apprisal is very bad.SLT not intested in growth of company but their own persona growth.This is a small subsidary company of Tatasteel, for town maintenance , water supply and construction .NEVER join has no growth and career gets stuck in band system of promotion and apprisal.Poor culture of employment from l Manager grade to officer grade...
