I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Salary increment very low as compared to peer companies Infrstructure is old fashioned.Way behind todays corporate infra. Office hours of 9.30 hrs is sometimes too hectic even considering saturday as holiday. WFH only for name.You cant take it as per your requirement need a strong reason for taking it.
