No career growth opportunities , below industry average compensation, negligible increment, negligible and very slow growth, poor work culture, company changed a lot in recent years. From once upon a time -people's company it has become nothing to do with people company.

Job security is good for employees with improving attitude. Employees with an attitude of giving something value addition in their job, no way jeb security is a question for them but if you are not real and trust worthy then you need to fear. Company policy is good at some cases like 5 days working, flexi work hours, subsidised food, mobile policy, LTA policies etc.

Selection of leaders are something which the organization has to work on, right guidance from the top would help to drive the dept as well as the organization objective in effective manner. People competency and potential are to be identified and fitted in right position for them to explore to high horizons. Salary structure must be relooked.
