Safety culture is good and very professional. Professional approach in plant management. Leave policies are flexible and helpful for employees. Some good HR policies to support your family, pursue higher education, Etc.. Humanitarian treatment towards all stakeholders

Recent restructuring ( Didn't conduct in a fair manner). Criteria are not clearly mentioned and also employees with same level of responsibilities got different designation. Restructuring resulted in lot of frustration. HODs were given more power in restructuring activity and lack of honesty and transparency in restructuring. HODs favourite employees got good position though their responsibilities are less ( not in all case). Though appeal process is there, that is also an eyewash only. Work Details

If I talk about my department it's not satisfying. All credit goes to HOD. But, due to some good policies, work and personal life balance is good. Some good professional HODs mainly from TATA are there, but most of the old Bhushan steel HODs are arrogant.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
