I am briefing only engineering and project deptt. Overall is good however you have to find your own way to get yourself defended most of the time. if you manage to get good rating (not dependent on good job done) then life is cool otherwise you will find yourself into dilemma of continuing here or get exit. Bad culture. Prehistoric policies enforced by senior management who have little regard for needs of younger generations. Sexist remarks and discrimination is rampant. Your growth prospects are largely dependent on your relationship with your boss and the image he creates of you in the organisation. Promotions and ratings are dependent on personal perceptions and have no relationship with work
