No job security and Annual increments is very low due to increments depends in basic pay and low level employee basic pay is very poor and job responsibilities is very high , junior officer and sr. Manager work same job but salary difference is very high.

Work life balance and working culture is very good,duty time is 8 hrs. Excellent Inhouse training facility at SNTI tata steel institute Housing facility of company is very good

Dislikes

Low salary and yearly increment is lowest in the india if compare with same level company, poor career growth for diploma engineers. Diploma engineers comes under tata works Union.. Medical facility is not good for employee at tata main hospital
