Too many meetings. Difficult to ensure progress of shop floor work execution with safety & quality. Procurement chain cycle is lengthy, it should be made simple to save time & reduce shop floor manager stress. Contract man power strength should be balanced with no. of jobs to be executed for safe execution of work.
