I was working as Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee in Wire division Boisar from 11/02/2019 to 10/02/2020. The work culture was very good. I have learnt Many things in the field. All were very supportive. All time safety was taken.

Dislikes

We newly passed engineers Worked into Tata steel as Graduate Apprenticeship trainee for one year. We get knowledge as much as possible to us. After one year we are not considered for any permanent job in Tata steel only. We don’t get any exemption in exams which are conducted for Recruitment in Tata Steel.

There’s a lot to learn in this company. First of all we do not have that much of practical knoledge but, working as an trainee u can get much practical knoledge & there’s lot to learn from it. There’s much bigger & advanced machines out there so u can learn about that & about there parts & all stuffs.

Dislikes

Not anything about that but, just as an trainee u get a bit low staipend.

I’m an trainee diploma mechanical engineer & i work there in an mechanical maintenance department. I used to get some work on the computer Eg. Exel work, Data analysing, water meter readings, SAP work, etc & observation in plant.

Well, I was working on Galvanized Line of production department. Where my daily work is to check the production, rejection & overall equipment efficiency. In that the great challenge is that to maintain the zinc coating on wire.
