Average 4% to 5% annual salary hike. 1 in 50 candidates wil be promoted that too after 3+ years of eligibility and consistent high performance. Rest candidates are treated as average & forget about their promotions till 5+ years. Poor growth in salary even after promotions. Egocentric management plays petty politics during appraisals and becomes blockage to your career growth. HR doesn't reply to your queries on hike/promotion or any other relevant issues.
