Many induction system for staff and workmen to get entry -are bit lengthy - which needs to be smooth and short, Need to bring more attitude in organization to work like Contractor somewhere i see Tata Projects Limited need to work, HR Support could have been further extended introduction program for new joiner found missing this brings people more closure.

Administrative management are very good. Company very good in Ethics.

Dislikes

Organisation Systems should be maintained rigidly but at site level many bypasses observed. For implementing the company culture (as per OCP and standards) at site there need to fight with all concerned department. There need to improve.

Poor management, HR people's are very worst, and their job only hiring peoples. No support from HR and IT department. They are never support project team. There is no system or standard which helps to own employees. Work experience.

Too many dislikes, They give a salary package which may attract you but they are not giving any other benefits, which will reduce your actual package. It will only look higher in numeric term but increase your cost of living at project sites. Your tax liability will also be increased as the CTC is higher compared to similar organisations. Don't get into trap of position, as they give higher position at supervisory role. No respect will be given for your experience. Poor working culture. They will even not provide you the basic requirement such as PPEs. Often employees are purchasing their own PPEs. No work life balance, even off during public holidays are not given. Current CQH came from KEC and his background is Mechanical engineering, he is running entire Quality Team like a automobile workshop culture.. Previous Quality Head was far better than this one.

1.only internal politics 2. Zero work life balance 3. No recognisation for hardworker. Only managements reference employee gets benifit. 4. Even after 180 days working leave is not approved. 5. HR admin department is the worst. 0ays no heed to employee benefit. 6. People only join thinking tata group however in TPL no one staus more than 2 years.
