I didn't like periodical working like 7 months period, it can't consider in experience, due to 7 months, it maybe make 1year.

Lateral employees will struggle for promotions, they only give promotions to GET/PGET. Need to work in shift for design department.

Toxic work environment, egoistic managers. No skill development. Often paying the price of your basses mistakes. No work life balance. Weekends will be making reports or presentations. Spineless HR they will listen to managers. One will be mentally harassed. Often you will be ask to quit. Job threats are common. You will not be allowed to take off. Bossisim like govt babus. The seniors will not take any ownership and dump all the work to ground level juniors. Meeting request will come as per the whims and wishes of the ZM and RMs. In case of any escalation it the CSM who will become a bakra....there are no weekends holidays or night...if some one will have dream a meeting request will come at midnight ...and ine fine day u will be put on PIP...Read More
