Staff koi bhi support nahi karta Credit new BDM ka case ka approval ka liya blackmail karta h (Hament jain). (Ram pathak) jaisa chaapaloos TSM nahi h wo or uski team m bhi chaapaloos Banda he ruke hue h Jo Banda 8 saal sa talve chat kar ruka hua ho wo Banda dusro sa bhi yahi ummed karega.

It's a good company to work with but in last 7 years culture has changed because of change in guards. Tata's culture is being reduced to great extent.

Only talking about work and gives huge targets and there is no working hours and too much pressure. There is no social life and also not given leaves to the employees. Seniors behaviour is not good to their juniors.

For credit person it's a good place to work and learn.. a best Quality of Credit CAM is prepared compared to across all financiers. Compared to banks work life ballance is good with lights off policy on first 25 days of month. Hike was decent enough at par with mkt standards.

Slow promotions. As like all Tata's vintage people will not leave and all recognitions and awards are always taken by them.. same group of people appreciating awarding and clapping for themselves .
