Nothing. Its not a plant for experienced person, they are all like freshers and diploma holders are treated like dogs. Here even after resignation employee have to wait for 6months minimum for relieving letter and his full n final salary. Also his salary bonus all would be held. That employee have to die to recover this. Please don't join and leave if you dont have money to survive.
