Lot of politics in all departments. Polluted environment to work in. Making fool by using TATA name. All aged people in management who knows nothing nor even they want to upgrade skills. Your daily leaning becomes zero.

Hub of nepotism (undeserving kith and kin of Tata Steel bosses occupy high posts), lack of future growth and lateral movement (other companies in the sector are even worse), lack of transparency in day to day decision making, over-reliance on individual brilliance of a handful of toxic people, unsatisfactory job content (you will beonly looking over workers doing a mundane job) , sycophancy based review system promotes undeserving people . These are some cons that you will struggle with on a day to day basis. At a more strategic level the, the top management is constituted of people borrowed from Tata Steel (a good number of them are assigned to this company as a punishment for under-performing or misconduct of duty) and is least interested in the sustainable growth of the company or long term well being of the employees.
