I got a call for an interview where they told me they have a budget of 14lac initially I agreed to get call for an interview I also got selected 3 days ago they call me asking for my salary expectations I told them 15.5 lac (10% increment in my existing salary) they told me they will talk to their manager and get me back by next day but even after 2 days I didn't heard from them what should I do? Should I call them back or wait or they already rejected me?

Leave policy provided by the company is very nice lot's of leave.

No career growth in terms of promotion/learning, no job security, you will be nominated by you HOD into the service pool without much explanation and sacked with 3 months of that, pay is the worst amongst Tata group and increment is negligible, toxic job culture which flows from the Top expects you to work not 10 not 12 not 14 but 24 hrs a day 365 days an year, you will subjected to too much office politics for such a small scale company....Read More
