Leave policy provided by the company is very nice lot's of leave.

No career growth in terms of promotion/learning, no job security, you will be nominated by you HOD into the service pool without much explanation and sacked with 3 months of that, pay is the worst amongst Tata group and increment is negligible, toxic job culture which flows from the Top expects you to work not 10 not 12 not 14 but 24 hrs a day 365 days an year, you will subjected to too much office politics for such a small scale company....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
