Lot of politics in all departments. Polluted environment to work in. Making fool by using TATA name. All aged people in management who knows nothing nor even they want to upgrade skills. Your daily leaning becomes zero.

Nothing like about, worst company ever seen in my 12 years of career. Tata metaliks is not tata steel don't be fool the hr management is different.

In automation and technology are worst as compare to Jindal and other. They use much better then tata metaliks. So don't join in the name of TATA , they fooled people.
