No job security for freshers.. they just want labour's for 1 year after that they give you exp certificate and you have to leave the company your time end . They hire with a promising of permanent but after joining you will understand thare was no way you can permanent after 1 year .

My work is joining the assembly of genset engine just like as safety , exhaust,air cleaner,cac etc. By using pneumatic gun and other tools .it is complicated but interesting because every part is important for engine .my team give the last touch up engine
