No career development because the give work irrelevent to your branch degree. Some times they make you work even on Sunday saying 'to meet customer demand' and will give holiday of that on some national or festive holiday time. You don't get to learn any new thing rather than jaust what work you have been given and no incrementationin salary whether you perform very good and of all they just have you for 1 year and then you are on your own....Read More
