Dislikes

Slow work culture. So work gets recognized only in the long run. High chances of ending up in a toxic team (Team members trashing other members work). Pay gets normalized eventually, so motivation to go above average is pretty much unnecessary.

My manager and AVP @ Rajesh S Ghuge & MM Bhure always think about his personal growth. my manager never promoted single employee during my entire tenure. do not join this org as off role. There is a drawback for off campus placements employees they don’t get chance to get Tata payroll even they are working in Tata Communications on contractual basis after 2 years there contract will not be renewed for 3 months and this i feel bad about the company.

It's is a Dracula company, who make juice of blood every quarter, don't join its a scrap employment who make Dracula along with chiru family. This people kidnap employees for blood.
