There’s nothing I dislike about the job in particular. It’s just that I feel I am not rewarded enough for the work I do for them. Surely, maybe they do not have the budget to pay me more, and that’s fine. But I honestly believe that with my experience I should be earning more than 5Lack annually. I have a family and a better salary is really needed with all the expenses we have right now.

Too much workload as i am working more than 12 hour a day to maintain good company service ration and maintain realiable relationship with key partner. For this perticular reason i am able to penetrate more than 85% business among 3 competitor.

Over all Tata AIG is good to work with as the insurance sector is growing industry.

Only one thing I dislike about this job is my manager even i given my best to this job tried alot to achieve my target he always sets my target in higher side example my team is having target of 5 lacks per month and I got target of 20 lacks per month. He never miss a change to humiliate me in front of team members, and other department people.
