Everything let’s listed 1. Salary - They don’t have any salary bands like product based companies have. New trainee earn double of Software Engineer with 3 yrs of experience. 2. Office politics is more than Indian politics here and favouritism. 3. No skill enhancement. No new tech stack and learning here.

Probably the good job security. Apart from it, not much to like about the place

Many things - bad appraisals, implenting 100% wfo when there's not even enough seats in the office, dumb upper management. Honestly, the team lead and managers are great, some of the best I know, but the company's culture overall has been in a freefall.

Good amount of holidays provided, work culture depends on your manager

Personal growth is minimal and there is no skill development, there is no concept of leaves as you will have to work on holidays as well

Company is Hiring Management Trainess for much higher CTC then already working experienced guy and those Trainess are Trained by those vintage guys , this trainees gets promoted the very next year without completing goal sheet ! this is so unfair
