In pat days Tata aigs HR policies are very strong but now days HR policies are very week they haven't reply on mails properly. Early day in all Tata group having a employee values but now days that values become week. I complaint my reporting manager to higher authorities like HRs and senior but they didn't reply on this. And already few members already complained to higher authorities about that reporting manager and also having legel cases. Since they support to that manager. So please when you selected to for health agency for kolhapur please think thousand time....Read More

Reporting manager horrable but hr supporting this type attitude after employees complain file against reporting manager.hr not take any action against wrong things happens by reporting manager. HR and reporting manager totaly unhumilatted. Tata aig Hr and reporting manager destroyed carrer of lot of employees

Reporting Superviser and hr behavior about employees.reporting manager done mentaly harrashment of employees but hr neglect this things support to reporting manager not to employees. Employees files complain against reporting manager also this case hr taking side of reporting manager it is rutless unjustice to employees. If this things not stopp in future employee get sucide.
