Company is Hiring Management Trainess for much higher CTC then already working experienced guy and those Trainess are Trained by those vintage guys , this trainees gets promoted the very next year without completing goal sheet ! this is so unfair

All the elderly employees are helpful.

Dislikes

People will call on Saturday and Sundays as well. You will have to work beyond your KPIs. If you stay for long hours in office then you will get a good rating but if you leave on time will hamper your rating even if you have completed your work
