My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Incentives are quite good here . You can develop skills as everyday you will learn something after intercating with customers.

Management is full of politics, not supportive if you need any kind of help. No proper working hours as mentioned in offer letter. It may exceed after 6:30 p.m. Sat and sunday there is too much pressure to go on F2F meetings. Promotions are tough beacuse targets are very high .
