In this company job security is better compare to others, management is good for employees only for trainees they're treating like differently actually trainees are working hard then employees after complete the training period at least 50% trainees to give chance to continues workingfor the company.As staff or employee, company policy is good. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
