Great leaders and excellent company culture. Managerial skills are learnt with practical case based scenarios which are seen in top alumni. Performance appraisals can be improved and 5 day work is always on demand for any employee.

Even Discrimination based on uniform , as per TCOC all are equal but here different post different Uniform , That easily differentiate between senior and junior on the base uniform people are treating on them these unfairly.

Culture is a big hut and miss. Work pressure will be there as in finance everything is will be asked at the last moment. Expectation will be there to work on saturdays as well and attrition rate is touching the roof
