Exposure is very very good, especially to new hires and campus hires. Performance appraisals are the best in the manufacturing industry.

Dislikes

Working hours are higher with little to no margin for work pattern flexibility.

Increments are not good in the company. Bonds and agreements are placed to lock the promotion in the company.Workers are targeted by asking about any problems in the company. According to the Tata code, everyone should have the same rules and benefits in the company, but it should not be like that.Many people who have worked in thisorganization for 10 to 12 years are leaving. Working in defence domain gives you pride and you get to see your work in real life.

Dislikes

As the domain is demanding work life balance is bit harsh, in emergencies. If demand is there than you’ll be needing to stay at office or on site. Other ways it’s fine.

Yes I like working in TATA Advance system Nagpur, but there is less holidays And increment is very bad in this company,not like others Tata brands...like Tata motors I give Tata motors 10/10 the culture of tata motors is soo good in my opinion, THANKS YOU

1)Working environment is not so good like other brand. 2) increment in this company is very bad 3) Limited quantity of breakfast and that is also the worst. 4)And employees of higher post don't respect lower post employees. 5)Lunch of this company is not soo good and there is shortage of food items everyday that is the worst part ofthis company.
