It has the worst culture. Tata sons talks about the society, philanthropy but they are using people as slave. They are biased. No growth for Btech and diploma. People who are working are like frog of a well. There knowledge is zero. Tata has money so they hire third party for every thing. Even the knowledge of managers are less than outsiders company supervisor. Top leadership and managers are biased and sucking the money of Tata sons . No free transport, no free lunch. This type of leadership will ruin TATA sons....Read More

No growth, you are slave, managers knowledge zero, ITI people is manager, no work life balance, 5000 RS in 5 years increment, no free transport, no free lunch, no respect, manager will tell you leave the job, if u will not stay they will tell you appraisal will suffer.

Manager will tell you to stay after working hours for showing to their bosses. No life if you are Btech.
