The difference of the salary for exisitng employees and newly joined are there. Which is demoralizing for exisitng employees. The difference is substantial. There are many old souls working around you which is good for instance but again gets challenging survival among these. Based of market value salaries not paid. Not paid based on education and experience. Even if they pay will not give right designation. Company is paying will for people coming from outside & and they have forgot about current employees salary difference is about 150%.
