I was in doordash process under taskus there is No job security I have worked only 8month my performance was good everything was fine I had tried to give my best but still they forcefully asked me to resign from my position along with hundreds of employees it was so disoppointing experience for me I didn't even recieved my relieving letter😓

The work pressure is unbearable and the management shows lack of concern towards their employees well being. Basic needs like bio break and meal breaks are ignored to cater clients need. Additionally, there is a blatant favouritism within teams,with certain employees with certain employees receiving undue privileges and advantages while others are left to fend themselves. This biased behaviour foster toxic atmosphere and demoralizes hardworking team members who are overlooked despite their contribution. Taskus is worst company I have ever seen. There is no job security kbhi bhi bol dete hai kl se mt aana job gyi aapki ye inki hr location pr hua hai and 100 100 logo ki job ek sth gyi hai and iska koi reason bhi nhi dete ye log. Iss company mein bs politics hai.

The work culture is awesome here and there is lots of fun activities on Friday which they celebrate as fun friday and there is lots of fun activities doing on floor also. There is lots of things you learn from your manager and all TL is also supportive there. There is high no of chances of appraisal here compare to other companies.

They never listen to your personal problems and ask you to leave the organisation. I got promoted after serving 2 yrs with taskus but they ask me to leave. I never want to leave the company but they force me to leave

The job criteria and the salary matches the exact. You got the opportunity of promotion by filling the igps after the 6 months working period. It's literally very impressive work environment. People there is supportive also.

Dislikes

The work life balance if someone expressed there medical concern is high even with the proper documents and doctor consult. They are not listening to it they thought the person infront created the drama for the leaves. Specially in the case of women when she asking suffering from cramps and unable to sit then why the team leader is forcing to hit the tarket and have to sit on the floor not understand much....Read More

Only the furniture in the office is good

No work culture, Rude top management, HR does not have their own opinion or policy they only rely on ops leaders, extended shifts without OT, hire and fire culture, Quality function is not seperate it's driven by operations. There are many things such as ops don't support any one even if you perform well then ops managers are against you because they have their own preferences. I must says TaskUS should avoid spoons there should not be any partially.
