The company and the views are designed and revolving around front line first moto. Benefits are excellent👍 And I mean it, where plenty of out of the box benefit are there eg# 15k extra per annum will be paid to you if you have 1 kid undergoing education the limit is for 2 Kids up to 25 k for for people below manager level. Could do better by increasing the percent during annual appraisal. However the appraisal structure is depending on bell curve (which is good) I personally haven't experience anything poor for Taskus

TaskUs is a great place to work as an organization in regards to work environment and culture. They provide good growth opporutnities uptill Mid-Management. It has Open door policy for any concerns. They have the best offices designed on various themes. Flexiblity to work from home or office.

- Naive Leadership Usually TaskUs has culture to have maximum internal promotions which is a good thing whether the employee have required maturity, experiance for that role does not matter. For eg an employee joined as TeamMate got promoted to a Team Lead within a year and then got promoted to a Manager by next year despite that employee has 4~5 years overall experience and similart an Manager moved to a level of a Director within span of 3 years of joining the organization. This puts the business operations into a very difficult situation as the employee managing it does not possess enough experience or maturity to justify the role. - Below Average appraisals / Not a good Paymasters - Here the organization offers very less monitory hike however compensates in terms of positions offering a person growth at career level instead of salary. Similary people have got a mere 0-4% hike at an appraisals rating of 4 / 3 out of 5 leaving their employees bewildered about future growth. - New Promotions there are no nesting phase for internally promoted or externally hired employee which again puts a lot of pressure on person to bleed and learn on its own. newly promoted employee or externally hired once should be mentored and given handholding to quickly come up the learning curve. Since they heavily invest in internal promotions and belive in giving vertical growth to external hires and less on monitory hikes the knowledge & exposure become very limited and end up doing what they have already being doing in the previous roles for eg A responsibility of Directors gets tagged to Sr Manager which gets Tagged to Managers. Similary responsiblity of Sr Manager gets tagged to Managers and keeps going. Good advertisers- The Organization smartly advertises on social media platforms about their offices and work culture which attracts viewers and emoplyees which is totally opposite of what you get when you start working. Very Less Paid leaves - 12 Planned leaves 12 Casual leaves which include sick leaves. Company has heavily invested in infrastructures and offices instead of utlizing the revenue to seek more business opportunities or to reward or upskilling their existing employee. it is a good thing to have beatuiful offices it creates positive environment however to maintain these offices is really heavy on pockets. Company culture is good if you know when to raise your voice as your worklife balance will get terrible after joining and the best part is the salary the level of challenges you have to go through according to that the salary will look like a joke to you and if you do anything wrong which is possible as we are human be prepared to go through even more terrible experience as their clients are always angry don't know why they bring this kind of business half of the time you will be busy in fighting with other departments if you do not get a good leader. There are so many reason to dislike but I can’t write all here still I am writing here 1) My first interaction with recruitment team it was bad they have no talking manners how to treat 2) second interaction with HR, HR is for resolving your problem but here they are terribly horrible (rude) 3) TLs and Managers are also very rude, They are not trying to create positive environment, always threating employees by saying we will document you for each n every thing. 4) Management can do any thing with and will tell you it is in our policy and you can’t do it because you are needy person Overall very disappointed very very disappointed i and damn frustrated here i and doing my work but never got any appreciation but yes if I am not meeting the target then for sure they will highlight you ....Read More
