If you do something wrong, they will point it out to you indirectly in order to break your confidence and focus. Management dose not support. they will make comments about your personal life and will not hesitate to make derogatory remark about yo. during my first 6 month, a lot of bad thing happened to me and I was depressed. I left the company without a job . Managers lack the experience necessary to manage and mentor new employees. They do not have managerial experience. Too much of internal politics and drama. Proccesses takes unnecessaryly long.Managers are not polite and empathetic. Forget Diversity and culture.Favouritism is common and yes be prepared to sacrifice your weekends at times because of excess work load.

Awesome company.. Joined the firm at initial start up times. Had excellent learning & support from the leads and management team. The company had got very good working culture and environment. Had an opportunity to work some of the best clients in the industry (99% of them are big MNCs). Due to marriage and relocation had to discontinue my employment. If I ever relocate to Noida, I would certainly like to re-join Talent Toppers.
