I have been a part of Talent Toppers since 2 years. A good place to work and make your career grow. Learnt a lot in terms of recruitment and engaging with candidates. The salary is good and it gets credited on time.

If you are someone who likes buttering then it's a perfect place for you. You'll get appraisals and promotions if good at butterings. Favoritism is most favorite activity of people at Talent Toppers. Also you can't leave at time you'll have to stay at office after working working hour in order show them that you are working.

It's not just about the 100 Rs; it's about their mentality of not being willing to spend money on a cake for the employees who work for their organization. I have learnt a lot here. Management is good and cooperative. Highly communicative supervisors that help a lot in achieving the targets. I would suggest to go with this company .

Felt extreme pressure. Was not able to manage work life balance. I am a working mom that is why it became hectic for me else it is really a very good company to work with. I liked my tenure here.
