Plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Employee walefare,retention strategy/policy is zero, I do receive appreciation emails from clients, but they go unnoticed during my appraisals . Appraisal rating system is completely out of track( negative process for employees'),. There is no on-job training. Manager do not value as individuals' unique strengths, and hard & honest working effort.

Work Details

generally speaking ,my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after all clients HR compliance . All the travel involved gets a little hectic . Hoping that someday i will get recognized for all this effort.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
