I found satisfaction only because it is a five star categorized hotel.

Dislikes

Not much organized, staff attitude should be changed, does not maintain those standards, which a five star property must have , but other Taj properties maintain their extreme standards always. Lack of personality and well mannered body language among 70% of the staffs including top management.
