... supportive and it felt like a family. The issue was the HORRIBLE working hours. They would make you work for 12-14 hours and pay you peanuts. Once you enter their premises and sign into the logbook, only your boss will tell you when to leave. Which totally depends on their mood haha. Had to travel an hour to get to the property, 12 hours of work on an average and an hour back to my home. Barely got any time to do basic activities like sleeping/talking to family. The off days felt like the second coming of Jesus Christ every single time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not give to new joinees.

Well I work in the kitchen dept and to be honest its an overall package, the work culture is great, working hours are considerate and the overall team is helpful, you will get to learn a lot.
