Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 15 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Toxic work culture. They are just ruined the TATA name l, micro managments,less salary,more working hours,even if u have take ur PL or Off u have to buttering ur manager for it, HR is useless after lot of complain they did not take any action against the manager even for harresment also.

What I didn't like about Taj Fateh Prakash Palace was politics, Mr. Santhosh Burla (Front Office Manager) is a terrible guy. Didn't support me. He only supports his spoons. He will never support you if he sees that you are working very well in your work and the GM appreciates your work. Rest everyone in the hotel is hardworking and supportive, However, a few guys on the managing level didn't want you to grow. Be careful if you are joining here in front office department or prepare yourself to become his spoon....Read More
