They just wait for a chance to throw you out if you are straight forward, full of politics, management works biased, pathetic policies they show your CTC high inclusive of indirect to show a rosy picture of your pay packet. Truly no regards for qualification, work experience and the loyalty you have put to the company slogging day in an day out. You are thrown out like those curry leaves use them for taste and while eating it is a waste. If you have a God father or a person to save you from the Top Management, you survive in this company else it is a night mare. They use you for all unwanted works and when it comes to justice, just to save their near and dear ones you become a scape goat. Totally a disgusting and demotivating company which throws you on the street after sucking all the blood and water from your body. Remember they are TATA's they don't allow you to think anything else other then their company. At the end of the day you just crash not knowing there is so much in the world which you have missed. If you ask me I would give a -100 instead of a terrible 1. Just not fit to deserve any award, please ask as many as those who have been sacked like me they will tell the same truth. He will never support you if he sees that you are working very well in your work and the GM appreciates your work.
