There is no work life balance, you work for 13-14hrs straight and they don’t even bother. They only claim everything about employees and about their betterment in files only or in paper but not in real life so it’s a scam.

Pathetic ,I hate the people who where working here from ages , who never want to learn and try new things and they make you to do same . So dealing with such fellow employees every single day is a task.

I felt like I was in the Ganges, but I didn't know that there was so much less in housekeeping where they gave me the opportunity to mop the bathroom by hand, and the less I found it absolutely bad.

Because my housekeeping department always asked me to clean the bathroom, I didn't like it so I did it.

Politics, non-cooperation by the Finance Controller & Colleagues the finance department, Hotel Taj Mahal, Lucknow Unit is worst. Everyone in the organisation is engaged in politics.

What I didn't like about Taj Fateh Prakash Palace was politics, Mr. Santhosh Burla (Front Office Manager) is a terrible guy. Didn't support me. He only supports his spoons. He will never support you if he sees that you are working very well in your work and the GM appreciates your work. Rest everyone in the hotel is hardworking and supportive, However, a few guys on the managing level didn't want you to grow.
