System wise it is good

Dislikes

Work life balance and hectic tasks when you are in materials team. Criticism and sarcastic things will happen between leads and subordinates. No support from superiors, but you complete the task means they tend to say that because of them only it got closed. Worst department is materials so have cautious call to join in materials.
