The company fully developed. You get initial training and information about your job. The whole system developed as per employee requirements. The facility will help you to get better. Improve your living standard.

Dislikes

As world largest manufacturer in the segment, work pressure is high. Sometimes you have to work 16 hr as per requirement. DET has 2yr. training period, so after that you have rear chance to continue your job.

My work in company is slightly different, as we work on unusual problem solve from finale product. I don't have target but complete my work as per requirement.

Co workers are good . Food is also good.

Authorities will help you 0%. No leaves criteria , senior on medium posts are fully routhless and even these guys dont have manner to speak sa well. And if any accident happens in plant they will try their level hard to hide it . Even if somebody gets injured too because they have to give report to their seniors.
