This is the best place to be in the initial years of your career. The team comprises of dynamic youngsters and the office environment is very lively. While the team is young, everyone is very supportive of each other. The company takes the employee experience very seriously - every new recruit is formally or informally assigned a buddy to ensure they have an easy transition into their roles. There are ample growth opportunities for those with the hunger to learn.
