I have been given chance to explore in every business of our company, viz. Engineering, Marketing, Field Services, Business development & Resource Management. I used to travel almost 7-10 days in a week and that makes my schedule hectic some times.

Starting salary may not look that good, but then as you learn and grow, than the perks are very very good. Another can be travelling as service is a travelling Job from one to another, but this is what such solution / service provider do, go from site to site, sorting out the problems of client

Here's no boundaries for learning technical skills. Because of other experience person help it out for any kind of questions.

Management of new project and allotting to Engineers without any clarification. Execution and Engineering department heads common in this group so whenever required to fulfill job of execution they taking engineers from engineering department which is not in their job profile.
