Dislikes
Engineer should traveling to clients location . Even in small village .they didn't think whether any transportation available or not .we should complete the call that day itself . During SLAs the work pressure is sometimes high.you need more patient to this work. You may get tensed even worse.
Claims will be given as per the amount . Not quickly. You won't get work satisfaction.
