1.Raghavendra from IT, he won't allow any person to worklonger duration and gives non IT works even though we don't know technology. 2.your salary increases as experience increases (6 lakh) , he will say management want to reduce the cost so we will terminate after few months or look for a new job. 3.he will ask to work on weekendsand extend to night shift without any bonus. Ex: Assume you are a wintel person and he will ask to develop software using dot net and Java or any programming language. Don't join to IT until he left the organisation or if you join then he will ruin your personal life....Read More

In had a very good reporting boss who believed in his team and never micro managed people. He set up the expectations clearly defining roles and responsibilities in a way where everyone felt accountable. He was transparent and fair in decision making.

Dislikes

You cannot think about implementing any new ideas or process changes, since everything was pre designed and fixed. Very reluctant to change. Micro managing people at all levels. Never been a employee friendly organizattion. Biggest concern was job security. People work to please people above them in order to save their jobs.
