1.Very Biased System, Different working days w.r.t department to department, you could experience pin drop silence in alternate Saturdays. While during interviews get a clarity from the HR on the working days in written as it is only as per the discretion of the department HOD could change later also. : #fff5e4;"> Make sure that, it is clear prior to joining and do negotiate on the salary if the working days are longer than expected</mark>. 2. Who who Analysis- Instead of finding the gaps in the system and to correct it , people are interested to play blame game to the people. 3. No Proper Review Analysis and be upfront on communicating the initiatives to the manager and HR (even if they are not interested.) 4. This company is open learning of different techniques, innovations and readily adopts latest technologies. I love the fact that I am a part of a team there they will give better training about the different analytical methods, gives training about different instrumentation- handling & calibrations, give training about SAP.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 9-12 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation from my team head & colleagues, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.
