Marigold Sales & Product Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marigold Sales & Product Manager to oversee the domestic sales of marigold-based products while ensuring alignment with sales targets and customer needs. This role involves market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, new product development, and strategic planning to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Support

• Drive domestic sales of marigold-based products, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
• Provide support to customers to enhance satisfaction and market penetration.

2. Planning & Forecasting

• Develop accurate sales and production forecasts for marigold products.
• Strategize raw material procurement, inventory management, and product delivery timelines.
• Anticipate market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to align sales goals with production capabilities.

4. New Product Development (NPD)

• Conduct trials for new marigold products, including lutein and Zeaxanthin beadlets.
• Customize formulations to meet customer and industry requirements.

5. Product Trials & Continuous Improvement

• Oversee product trials, analyze results, and implement necessary improvements for enhanced performance.

6. Market Research & Strategy

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
• Monitor and analyze the market performance of lutein and Zeaxanthin products.
• Adjust branding and sales strategies based on performance insights.

7. Trade Events & Networking

• Represent the company at industry trade fairs and events to promote marigold products and build key relationships.

8. SOP Compliance & Project Coordination

• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of projects while maintaining quality standards.

9. Budget & Resource Management

• Manage budgets for marigold brand marketing activities to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Background: Degree in Business, Marketing, Biotechnology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in sales, product management, or market research in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food ingredients industry.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of lutein, Zeaxanthin, and marigold-based products is a plus.
• Additional Preferences: Experience with trade shows, SOP implementation, and budget management.
