Pathetic HR system and Owner Driven policies. They wont give promotions if u cannot praise them on a regular basis. Owner of the company is Jealous, you cannot even wear a good watch also. He wants his employees to being poor status always. They dont have Proper Way of analysing Employee performance</mark>. HR keep putting people uncomfortable. Here people who commented good things about the company might not be who worked in Synthite Oleoresins / Spice division i think. They might have worked with thier other Divisions Masalas and Chocolate etc. If u cannot praise them dont join. If u can handle their internal politics and Egos Then i decide. Be very cautious. HR act as a Yes Yes robot for owner and they twist things in minutes. They keep calling u in sundays and Saturday. Be cautious....Read More

Pay and career growth is not good ,as the HR department doesn't have any role there. There is no proper incentive mechanism there. For career growth ,you have to demand ,inspite of your performance. This company is open learning of different techniques, innovations and readily adopts latest technologies. I love the fact that I am a part of a team there they will give better training about the different analytical methods, gives training about different instrumentation- handling & calibrations, give training about SAP.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 9-12 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation from my team head & colleagues, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals</mark>.
