Likes

Working environment is very good in this company. Specially for girls there is very safe environment. Management is very supportive and always ready to hear your concern and problems. M.D sir very interactive with their employees.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Appraisals criteria could be better. And there is no fix policies for promotions as It's totally depends on your HOD's.

Work Details

I learnt a lot from this organisation. Little bit difficult to start work in the beginning as there is no training criteria. But overall experience was good.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
