Good people around to work with. Company had good employee Benefit program like car lease policy for all employees, children education fee Benefit, employee education policy. Madam had a vision for development of society I can say.

Lately HR leadership has created a lot of distance and lack of communication within own teams and employees at large. Presence of bias and favoritism in HR teams . Too much trust in expat ( white skin ) for Sr leadership roles and lack of scrutiny of their work and value addition. HR leaderahip lacks vision and consistent approach towards building consistenty in Corp HR. Initiatives.

Overall the company is good but the management is bringing it down, doing politics, same designation people because of management one will be overloaded with work and one will be totally free despite of being free he'll get good promotion and increments

Worrest job culture. I worked two years, I had a problem with team leader due to my LOP. After 6 years I tried to re join i clear my interview best. But not selecting. This company conduct interviews but not selected the candidates. Before interview not telling the experience is more, after Interview cleared they will tell your experience more all the best for next time. Due this company Interviews somany employees list their time. With Msc some of persons are in manager level, it's useless thing. Msc qualification persons in manager level not having the good scientific knowledge. Because of them so much business lost. Management blindly follow the wrong decesion....Read More

No market correction.. SYNGENE is better company in most of the aspects but not offering competitive packages to the core employees. So many unnecessary support teams which core teams depends on, however these support teams doesn't do their jobs perfectly. In support teams 40 percent of the people are sitting without doing anything and having high packages, Need to be restrured from core.level..

This is the best hob i have ever had. Flexibility, food, career growth, cross functional training everything is perfect

Only thing here problem is the appraisal, first yr youll be getting 2nd rating then second yr only they consider that too 5-10% hike according to your performance and department
